		Carved Signage
		Beginning with two slabs of green oak jointed together and  with the " ground" carved away, leaving the lettering and image in keeping with the style of the promotional material.
		The completed sign in position. The dark red colour is a stain made by baking and grinding the local red clay and suspending it in natural oils toallow it to soak into the wood.
